The Blessing of Forgiveness

The gift of forgiveness has been offered to each of us, but there’s a necessary requirement for receiving that precious gift. God’s instructions reveal that forgiveness, whether received or given, is a wonderful blessing for everyone - "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you" (Matthew 6:14).

Doug Wendt is a 1977 graduate of Ambassador College with a BS in Physical Education. His career included work as an electrician and General Contractor. Doug was ordained into the ministry in 2013 and previously served congregations in Orlando, Jacksonville and Ocala, Florida. He now pastors the United Church of God congregations in St Petersburg and Tampa, Florida.
