The Book of Daniel - Part 1

This bible study covers some background to the book of Daniel and the events recorded beginning in Dan 1:1 through Dan 2:24. Daniel was an amazing prophet for God. It all began when he was a very young man, and not only young, but a captive in the land of Babylon. He had been removed from his country in what had to be a traumatic experience for him and taken to a foreign land. Yet, he did not give in to despair. Instead he dedicated himself to God's service. This bible study covers the time of training he was given in Babylon and the beginning of his service as a prophet in the hands of God.
