God has given those he has called some unique understandings, one of which is our potential to become spiritual children in God’s family. God is building a family, and He wants LOTS of children! God has a wonderful plan for flesh and blood human beings to become His children. Those who overcome will inherit eternal life with the Father and Jesus Christ our elder brother, as sons and daughters in the family of God. Just imagine, living happily ever after, as God’s children!
Jim Moody

Jim serves as an elder in the Big Sandy (East Texas), Texarkana, TX, and Ruston, LA congregations. He and his wife Laurel also enjoy traveling and visiting other UCG congregations. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1990 – 1994 and currently works in the IT department of a local hospital. He enjoys watching and playing sports, and loves working with children.  He and Laurel direct UCG preteen Camp Gilmont.
