We were created to govern and be governed, but scripture does not provide specific structural guidelines concerning governance within the church. It does, however, clearly state who is in charge and provides plenty of guidelines on how to lead through service.

Donald Pirwitz

Don Paul Pirwitz was a familiar voice on radio in the Ozarks since 1972. He was ordained in 1998 and served as pastor of the United Church of God in Springfield from 2011-2021. Don and his wife, Sharon, were married for over 50 years. They had three children and six grandchildren.
