Gardenhire addresses the question of whether a Christian is to live by the clean and unclean food laws as outlined in the Old Testament.  There are several New Testament scriptures that opponents of the food laws use to try and "prove" that the laws don't apply to Christians.  Gardenhire goes through each one and illustrates why they do not do away with the food laws.

Robert Gardenhire

Robert serves as an Elder in the San Diego Congregation of UCG. He and his wife Sheila were baptized in 1965. They have 3 grown children and 3 grand children. Robert was ordained a deacon in 1972 and an Elder in 1988. He and Sheila have served in the San Diego area their entire Christian life. Robert serves on the UCG Personal Correspondence team as well as in the local area in speaking and counseling. Robert is a retired Computer Technician and Sheila is a homemaker. Both Robert and Sheila enjoy the outdoors, whether at the beach or in the nearby mountains.
