We may use terms and phrases like – “good luck with the job hunt”, or “good luck on that test.” Some things associated with luck seem harmless, and fun – like wishing on a star, shooting stars, wishing wells, lucky trinkets and fairy's. But does “luck” or “wishing” really have any foundation in scripture?
