Do you Surrender?

Japan had an invitation to surrender in WWII with the Potsdam Declaration.  Their refusal to surrender led to the dropping of an atomic bomb on Hiroshima.  They continued to refuse to surrender, leading to a second bombing in Nagasaki.  After much deliberation, unconditional surrender followed after concluding that submission was better than destruction.  This message explores the spiritual parallels we encounter in this physical life. 

Scott McKeon serves as pastor for the Phoenix Northwest and Northern Arizona congregations of the United Church of God.  He resides in Cave Creek, AZ with his wife Carrie and three young adult children.  He attended Ambassador University, where he obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration, and University of Arizona, where he obtained an MBA. In Scott's career he has helped companies design and implement their IT infrastructure as a technology service provider.  His hobbies include reading, swimming, cycling, and occasionally a little game of water polo.
