Unity in God's Church

When you look around at the greater church of God community over the last 20 years, what is the one area that we as God’s church have failed in perhaps more than any other? The Bible makes it plain that unity among the body of Christ is VERY important to Him and God. Unfortunately, unity too often has been pushed aside in the name of whatever cause. Let's consider what God has to say about unity and how we can foster greater unity within His church.

Jim Moody

Jim serves as an elder in the Big Sandy (East Texas), Texarkana, TX, and Ruston, LA congregations. He and his wife Laurel also enjoy traveling and visiting other UCG congregations. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1990 – 1994 and currently works in the IT department of a local hospital. He enjoys watching and playing sports, and loves working with children.  He and Laurel direct UCG preteen Camp Gilmont.
