Prior to Jesus’ birth, various conquering cultures ruled over the Jewish people. This resulted in the mixing of foreign philosophical and religious ideas with the Jewish faith. The Bible combined with these false ideas and the Oral Law tainted the true religion, and produced various splinter groups such as Sadducees, Pharisees, and Zealots. Jesus, and later the Apostles, continually fought to correct false misconceptions, false traditions, and to restore the true religion.
Joshua Creech

Joshua Creech along with his wife Lizzy live in central Indiana. He serves as Pastor for the United Church of God congregations in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Joshua worked for 9 years as a Senior Financial Accountant for Western and Southern Financial Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University. Joshua and Lizzy have four children.
