Ethos of the Kingdom

The word “Kingdom” is used more than 150 times in the NT (NKJV). Most of those references are about what is needed to participate in the Kingdom of God, e.g. putting on the nature of God. While Christ will rule and be able to end wars, famine, etc. – it is really a change of heart that is critical. “The Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” (Rom. 14:17).
