There are times in our lives where it seems that life is nothing but lemons - sour, difficult. But there is a saying - 'When life gives you lemons, make lemonade'! Focus on the blessings - the 'lemonade' - in our lives, and then give thanks to God! In this message, we see that the issue of gratitude is important to God! He hopes that we remember where all that we know, and enjoy, comes from, and that our hearts can be filled with joy – and thanksgiving – for these things.
Ed has been a baptized member of the United Church of God since 1999. He lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife, five bicycles and an N scale model railroad, and enjoys spending time in God's creation.
