In modern society we are being bombarded with technical breakthroughs, especially in the form of personal technology. The computer, internet, cell phone, tablets, social media and more are all vying to take our time. Are these inventions for our benefit? Do their inventors and developers want us to use them in a godly manner? Philip Aust discusses the difficulty we face as Christians in a technically advanced world and what God's perspective is from His word.

Philip Aust serves the Atlanta and Buford, Georgia United Church of God Congregations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Ambassador College, a Master's Degree in Communication from California State University, Fullerton, and a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Oklahoma. Philip and his wife, Sarah, have two children.
