The Faith and the Faith of Christ

The Bible often refers to our religion and way of life as "the faith". We probably have a  pretty good idea of what "the faith" is.  But it also speaks in several places of "the faith  of Christ". Is there a difference, or is "the faith" the same thing as "the faith of Christ?"
