Fasting is mentioned prominently in the Old and New Testaments. This sermon will review several examples of fasting found in scripture of those who did fast, important reasons to fast, with the goal of assessing whether we engage this spiritual tool and vital way God has given us as we should both to help in our calling and act on our calling.
