Worry is unreasonable, unhealthy and doesn't accomplish anything. It expands and exaggerates the problem and deprives you of energy. Fear is the opposite of faith. The more fear you have, the more faith is driven from your life. God, as our Shepherd desires to provide, protect, lead and correct us. Nothing is too small to pray about. God has a solution to whatever we are facing. Ask God to let His thoughts to flow through you. He is always concerned with our welfare and well-being. Anything God asks us to do is for our good. There is always a way through our trials with God's help!

Frank McCrady

Elder, United Church of God

Frank McCrady and his wife Sonja graduated from Ambassador College in 1969 and were married two days after graduation. They have three sons and 2 grandchildren. Frank retired from pastoring in November 2016, and has served in the ministry for over 46 years, serving congregations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana, Florida, Texas, and Ohio.  

Both Frank and Sonja enjoy studying leadership, reading and spending time in God’s creations.
