The world is seeing a drastic drop in attendance to places of worship, and with a dramatic increase in knowledge, organized religion is often being replaced with spiritism and mysticism. But we know it is the Father who calls people into His congregation — we are not the ones responsible for opening people's eyes. However, it is our responsibility to provide a nurturing environment to those whom God calls into our midst. So, just what are the necessary characteristics of a fertile congregation?
