You know, God's churches always had an interest in prophecy, and one reason is that about one-quarter, one-third, somewhere along in that percentage of the Bible is about prophecy. And much of this prophecy, of course, is about the kingdom of God reigning on the earth, but also prophecies leading up to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. There are many scriptures in the Bible on end-time prophecies, helping us to understand world news and events and to know what to expect in the days ahead. I tell you right now, a lot is happening and we need to understand. And so the title of the sermon today is Framework for End-Time Prophecy-Be Watchful. Framework for End-Time Prophecy-Be Watchful. You know, God has given a lot of prophecies about the end of this age, events leading up to the Second Coming of Christ and setting up of God's kingdom on the earth. Let's participate, first of all, in a short group quiz. This is where we all participate. I've got seven of these questions, true or false statements.
Number one, there is much end-time prophecy about a coming captivity of modern-day Israel. True or false? True. Okay, true. We all know that one for sure. Number two, the New Testament does not mention this captivity of modern-day Israel. Okay, I'm hearing false. Everybody agree with that? All right. If you were called upon to turn to Scriptures, where would you turn? Okay, we'll get to that later. Number three, true or false? A powerful political religious system, beast, is prophesied to rise in Europe. All right, where would you go for Scriptures on that? We want to look at that today in our framework. What I want to give you today is not everything about end-time prophecy, but I want us to have a framework of some of the major things to be looking for according to the Scriptures. All right, number four, this beast system is the final revival of a Gentile system with roots in ancient Babylon. True. All right. So, you know, I think we're on the same page in our understanding of prophecy. Maybe this sermon is not even really necessary today, but I think it will be a good review of why we believe what we do about what is what to expect to happen in the days ahead. Number five, the mark of the beast will be imposed by the government and banks of the United States of America. The mark of the beast will be imposed by the government and banks of the United States. Okay. False everybody agree with that? Okay. I'm taxing our knowledge of Bible, end-time Bible prophecy. Number six, Bible prophecy reveals a future time when China and Russia wage war against the people of the United States and Britain. Bible prophecy reveals a future time when China and Russia wage war against the people of the United States and Britain. All right. We're getting a mixed answer on that. I'm going to put that on the shelf. We'll get to it later.
Number seven, God will fight all nations in a final battle at Armageddon.
Let's go over that again. God will fight Christ, will fight all nations in a final battle at Armageddon. I'm getting a mixed answer on that one, too. So we're going to put this on the shelf. We're going to see what the Scriptures say about all nations in this final battle at Armageddon. All right. Well, we're going to quickly go through this. We don't have a lot of time. One-quarter to one-third maybe of the Bible is prophecy. We don't have time to cover everything, but we will give a framework that answers these questions here and more.
All right. First of all, let's look at the United States and Britain. I believe we are all very familiar that there are many Bible prophecies that reveal a time of trouble at the end time for modern-day Israel. And modern-day Israel is who? It would be the United States and Britain. We have a booklet about it. The United States and Britain in Bible prophecy and also the democracies of northwestern Europe.
Nations like Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, northwestern European countries come from the tribes of Israel and the Jewish people, those in Israel and those scattered abroad and among the Jews. So the Bible does state in so many prophecies many, many, many in Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel, the minor prophets. Let's read just a couple of them here. Jeremiah 30. We won't again take time to go extensively into this in reading all the verses, but notice in Isaiah chapter 30 and verse 3, The days are coming, says the Lord, that I will bring back from captivity.
This is bringing out of captivity then, but God promises to do it. The days are coming that He will bring out of captivity my people Israel and Judah. I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers and they shall possess it. So this is just one of the Scriptures, but before this time, a time of trouble is mentioned here in verse 7. Alas, for that day is great, so that none is like it.
It is the time of Jacob's trouble, but He shall be saved out of it. It goes on down to say in verse 9 that when they're saved out of it, when they are restored to the land that God gave Abraham, verse 9, they shall serve the Lord their God and David their king, whom I will raise up for them.
So, brethren, this is just one of the prophecies about a time of trouble, Jacob's trouble for modern-day Israel. That means the United States again, the democracies of northwestern Europe, and the Jewish people, the twelve tribes of Israel, are going to have a time of captivity. They will be gathered from this captivity and brought back to the land that God gave to Abraham and his descendants. So, what can we expect then? The framework of end-time prophecy for the United States and Britain, the Israelites peoples, will be a time of trouble.
The immediate end time that lies just ahead. Nations are going to turn against the United States and Britain. We might already be seeing the groundwork being laid for that right now, especially after the Afghanistan episode where many, many nations now wonder about the United States. Are we as good as our word? Are we willing to defend our allies? The people in Taiwan, I think, have to especially worry about that right now.
In the years ahead, we believe, and just how soon this may develop, but we are very fiscally irresponsible in that we were handling our money, printing dollars. The world is going to turn against the dollar. We can expect that. And when the world turns against the dollar, we will no longer be a superpower. So there will be a time of national humility ahead. There are so many verses. All right, let's get to question number two.
The New Testament does not mention this captivity of modern-day Israel. You said false. Where is a scripture in the New Testament that indicates this time of trouble for modern-day Israel, end-time Israel? We're not going to spend a lot of time here waiting for you real quickly, anyone?
All right, let's go to Luke chapter 21. This is only one of several scriptures that we could turn to in the New Testament that support that a time of trouble is coming for Israel. And though it does not mention Israel by name, this is certainly the Israel is the only nation that could be referred to in these verses. Luke 21 and verse 22. Are we familiar with what?
Luke 21. Luke 21 parallels Matthew 24 and Mark 13. This is the Olivet prophecy. Jesus uttered it just days before his crucifixion. In Luke 21 and verse 22, these are the days of vengeance that all things which are written may be fulfilled, but woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days, for there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.
In verse 24, they shall or they will fall by the edge of the sword and be led away captive into all nations. They refers to the tribes of Israel at the end time. And so this is talking about the time of Jacob's trouble. It certainly could not be talking about anyone else. That prophecy mentions the Israelites more than any other nation. Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
So that's just one of the passages in the New Testament that supports that there will be a time of trouble for Israel at the time of the end. Many prophecies about a time of national captivity. It will be a time of refinement. It will be a time of national repentance. And then Israel will be gathered back to the land that God gave to Abraham, and they will become the model nation at last. Again, I recommend our booklet, United States and Britain in Bible Prophecy, and especially the last chapter, which is From Punishment to Destiny.
It shows the tribes of Israel going through a time of trouble, a time of punishment, and then once they have repented they'll be brought back to the land God gave to Abraham. And can we imagine that? Americans, British, North Western Europeans, Jews, Israelites scattered all around the world, brought back to the land of Palestine. Wow! What a mass exodus of people that will be. Millions and millions of Americans, British, Australians, North Western Europeans, all coming back to the land that God gave to Abraham. That's what Bible prophecy indicates. Be sure to read the last chapter, a very inspiring chapter, From Punishment to Destiny.
Okay, well, we're gonna move on then to another part of end time prophecy. What about Europe? What about Europe? If we were to look in the Scriptures for passages that would show events to happen in Europe at the end of this age, where would we go? Where would be a good place to start? There's a starting point I want us to go to. Daniel 11. Okay, I think you could go there, but I believe there's a better place to go. Let's go to Daniel 2. Daniel 2. This chapter alone would show that events in Europe are going to be very important at the end of this age.
So this is a very important passage here or chapter to understand as far as the framework of end-time prophecy for Europe. You remember the image here in chapter 2 that Nebuchadnezzar the king saw. The image had the head of gold, and verse 32, the chest and arms were silver, the thighs were bronze, the legs were iron.
And you know that it goes on down to show that the head of gold represented Babylon. And that after Babylon another kingdom would rise, represented by the silver, and we know that to be Persia. Persia conquered Babylon, the Medes and the Persians. Then after that would be the bronze, the belly and thigh of bronze. We know that to be the Greek Empire, Alexander the Great and the Greeks.
And then finally the iron and the feet partly of iron and partly of clay. We know that to be Rome. So these four empires were to come about one after the other, but then a stone was smoked this image at the feet. Now remember the head at the top is Babylon.
That's way back 2,500 years ago or so. And then it comes all the way through time. We can see a time element right down to the feet and the toes. And then this stone that represents the Kingdom of God, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, smites the image on the feet. Those are smited at the head, smites it at the feet. The feet represent a final revival of the Roman Empire.
So we know that the Roman Empire had its revivals. Then after Daniel 2, we understand that there are important events that would be happening in Europe. We could go to Daniel 7 if we'd like to and know that the fourth empire that is pictured there is different than the others. And that again the Kingdom of God will be set up and put an end to that empire. So Daniel 2 and Daniel 7 would be good chapters to know that there is one final revival of that fourth empire that was to rise. Babylon was to rise, then Persia, then Greece, then Rome.
And there was to be one final end-time revival and then the stone, the Kingdom of God, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ setting up of God's Kingdom. It will fill the whole earth, it says here in Daniel 2. So we know that important events are going to happen in Europe.
If we were to go to the New Testament now, where do you think we would go to find further explanation of this final image or this final empire? Revelation 13 and what other chapter? 17. Let's go to Revelation 13 and 17 real quickly. Again, I'm not spending a lot of time on this. I think we are familiar, basically familiar. I want us to be firm on the framework, though, and why we have we have scriptural support for this framework taught by the Church of God.
In Revelation chapter 13 and verse 1, I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns. Now, we can go back to Daniel 7 and find out about those seven heads and ten horns. The beast I saw was like a leopard. Well, Daniel 7 has the third of the empires represented by a leopard, the feet of a bear, the second of those empires in Daniel 7, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion, the first one. The dragon gave him his power. One of the heads was mortally wounded.
We believe that to be the Roman Empire. Then it came back to it was healed. It goes on to say. So you can read about this first beast and see that it is a political system that is to rise. It is talking about this, especially about this fourth empire that was to rise the Roman Empire.
And then, if you read on over in verse 11, there was another beast, a second beast in Revelation 13. And this one had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And so this beast represents a religious system. You put these two together in Revelation 13. You have a political system and you have a religious system that are actually working and working together. And that's exactly what eventually happened with the Roman Empire. A political and religious system rose.
It was called the Holy Roman Empire. It had different revivals. These horns represented different revivals of this Roman Empire, which happened down through the ages, the last 2,000 years. And this one here, this last one, is able to deceive. It goes on the same. This is a religious system.
Verse 13, it performs great signs. Verse 14, he deceives those who dwell on the earth. And then in verse 15, caused as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. Verse 16, he causes all, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads. And so we have the mark of the beast. You know, I've talked to even members of the Church down through the years who thought the mark of the beast was going to come from the United States.
No, it won't come from the United States. We're not the beast. The mark of the beast is from the beast, and it will be out of Europe. It's going to really come from a great, powerful religion that is going to force people to worship their way or else you will not be able to buy or sell. Talk about a mandate. That's quite a mandate when you can't do business. You can't eat or drink. It's going to force people to worship their way. So Revelation 13 is very important to understand a political religious system to rise in Europe.
Let's go to Chapter 17, and we have these ten nations represented, I would say, by the toes of the image in Daniel 2. Let's notice in Revelation 17 and verse 3, there was this woman representing a church sitting on a scarlet beast, having names full of blasphemy with seven heads and ten horns, and it's called Mystery Babylon the Great in verse 5. So skipping on down to verse 12, the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet. You know, we believe that's exactly where we are right now. Ten nations in Europe are going to unite eventually.
Ten kings, ten rulers are going to give their, who have received no kingdom as yet. They receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. They have one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. The beast is the political leader here. They make war with the lamb, it goes on to say, and the lamb will overcome them. He is Lord of lords and King of kings. And so in this chapter we see that there are going to be ten nations. That's why we have, down through the years, been a leader in the kingdom of kings.
And we have down through the years said as a basic part of our framework for end-time prophecy, watch that time when ten nations are going to come together. We already see the European nations beginning to doubt the United States. But let me quickly add that we don't know, as far as the time element, we don't know just how fast this might develop. It is going to take a little bit of time for these European nations, even if they start coming together now, to do what they are prophesied to do.
So it's not just a matter of weeks or months or maybe next year, it may be a little bit longer than that. But we just have to wait and see and say that we don't know for sure the exact time element. So what can we watch for in Europe? We can watch for ten nations to, let's say, grow more and more disenchanted with leadership from Washington and begin to come together, see the need to have their own defense, to have their own economy, and come together politically.
And we believe there will be a great false leader. He may be very instrumental in doing signs and wonders in helping bring this formation together, the ten nations. So working with these ten nations will be this powerful religious system as well.
Okay, well, that's the framework briefly of what to look for in Europe. What about the Middle East? Middle East is certainly going to play a key role. I know the scriptures talk a lot about it. Jerusalem is going to be a focal point. You read that in Zechariah chapter 12. Let's go and read that scripture. So Jerusalem is going to continue to be a very important focal point for end-time prophecy, eventually playing a stronger role all the time as we get toward the very end of the age. Zechariah 12 and verse 2, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it will happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples. All who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it, which is going to happen. We'll read about that in just a few minutes. So we can say in the Middle East that Jerusalem is going to continue to be the most important area to keep an eye on. Let's go to Daniel chapter 11. This chapter was mentioned earlier, and this is one important event that is going to culminate or come together in the Middle East in Daniel chapter 11 and verse 40.
At the time of the end, well, that's what we're talking about today, the time of the end, the king of the South. Oh, you know, we don't have a king of the South that has arisen yet. That is something to look for as well. Some kind of leader is going to come together. Will it be in Egypt? The king of the South, anciently, was Egypt. Is there going to be some other area down in the Muslim world? We don't really know at all where this king of the South will come from, but a strong, powerful leader, a king of the South, is to arise and shall attack him, him being the king of the North.
And at the end time, we believe the king of the North would be the beast of revelation. It would be the leader of those ten nations. So the king of the South will attack the king of the North, and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind. I'll tell you, the European nations can move fast. Hitler had in World War II Blitzkrieg lightning warfare. He can move armies rapidly, very rapidly. So the European nations will come storming down into the Middle East like a whirlwind with chariots, horsemen, many ships, and enter into the countries. You can go ahead to read this. And actually, the king of the North, it goes on to say in verse 45, that he will plant the tents of his palace between the seas and the glorious holy mountain, and yet he will come to his end. Christ will see to that, and no one will help him. So we believe the European nations are going to set up a headquarters in Jerusalem eventually. So the Middle East is going to continue to be a focal point, and God will ultimately gather all nations to Jerusalem, in fact, for a final great battle. Okay, that gives a little bit of framework for the Middle East. We know that there will be an abomination of desolation set up.
It also goes on to say that the daily sacrifices will be stopped. So we'll have to see exactly how that all comes together, but those are things to be looking for.
Middle East is very important to keep an eye on. Let's go then. What about Russia and China? Right now, there's a lot of talk about a war with China. We know that China is flexing its muscles economically very, very strong. Militarily, they're building up their military and supersonic missile now they've been experimenting with and flying over Taiwan.
They want to have Taiwan as a part of the mainland China now as well. So certainly it's very important to keep an eye on China, but are there end-time prophecies of a war between the United States, I mean now at this time, a war between the United States and Russia? No, there's not. And is there one of the United States and China? No, there's not. So it's more than likely that what China will do is continue. They are benefiting greatly the way things are right now. You go to a department store, you'll find so many things are made in China. Many of those things are sitting on ships, as we know, right off the shore of Long Beach, California, waiting, unable to be unloaded right now. But there's a great trade and currency war that is going on even right now.
It is certainly possible that at some point China may make a move against Taiwan. That would be something I would suspect could happen in the days ahead. And the United States is not willing to really step in and betray Taiwan as we betrayed the people of Afghanistan. There's no doubt that China is a heavyweight on the world scene, and Russia may be to a lesser extent. China has growing influence in Africa and in Asia. When we were in Africa on three separate occasions about 10-12 years ago, we saw a lot of Chinese businessmen at airports, and I'm sure there's even more now.
Why are they so interested in Africa and in other nations in Asia? Because of raw materials. China has more than a billion people now. A billion is a thousand million. So I believe that is the case. They have over a billion people, and they want raw materials from these nations.
Africa has a lot of raw materials. So no doubt China will continue to grow in its influence, but as far as making a move against the United States or starting a war, there's no indication of that happening. Is there any indication of China and Russia invading the Middle East?
Yes. Okay, and where would that be?
That's a good question.
You know, where is China in prophecy as far as the framework of end-time prophecy at the very time of the end? There are scriptures that indicate China, but not by name.
A little bit louder? Gog and Magog.
We'll get to that in just a moment, but before we find them mentioned by the name Gog and Magog, let's turn to a scripture in Revelation 9 that certainly indicates the Chinese army coming over into the Middle East. And this is during the Day of the Lord. This is during the trumpet plagues. Remember, the seventh seal has seven trumpets, and this is trumpet number six in Revelation 9 and verse 13. The sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice saying to the sixth angel, release the four angels who are bound at the Great River Euphrates.
The four angels who had been prepared for that hour and day were released to kill a third of mankind. Look at verse 16. Now, the number of the army of the horsemen was 200 million, and I heard the number of them. This certainly doesn't state China by name, but certainly China has the manpower. Right now, they have the largest army on the earth. I think it's something over two million, but more than the United States. They could certainly muster plenty of young men with their population to have an army of 200 million, and certainly when you think about the Euphrates River, you think about armies coming from the east. It talks about nuclear war.
In the last part of verse 17, out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.
These three plagues, a third of mankind was killed by the fire and smoke and brimstone that came out of their mouth. That's the only language that John could use, fire, smoke, and brimstone for nuclear weapons. So this certainly would indicate, or seem to say, that China, which has the potential for this size army, is going to make a move, but this is deep into the end time events during the day of the Lord, even the trumpet plagues. Let's go to Revelation 16. We see further indication, again not by name, China, but indication, implication that China is going to be making its move at this point.
In Revelation 16 and verse 12, the sixth angel, these are the seven last plagues, and this angel poured his bowl on the Great River Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. Well, China is to the east, and it may not be the only nation referred to here. Maybe Iran, maybe India, other Southeast Asian countries could be involved in this, but the way of the kings of the east. I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, performing of verse 14, signs and wonders. Notice in verse 14 that they go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world. So this is not just from the east, not just China and these nations from the east, but kings of the earth and of the whole world to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Then this little insert verse 15, I'm coming as a thief, blessed to see that watches lest he walk naked. And notice verse 16, they gathered them together to the place in Hebrew Armageddon. All right, now they are gathered to Armageddon, but an Armageddon is the hill of Megiddo. It's about 55 miles north of Jerusalem, but is that where the final battle will be? They're gathered to Megiddo. It is not where the final battle will be. The final battle will be at Jerusalem. Let's establish that. It's very important that we establish where that final battle is. Zechariah 14. There are scriptures that just make it very clear that, no, the final battle is not at Megiddo. Zechariah 14 and verse 1, the day of the Lord is coming, and your spoil will be divided in your midst.
Verse 2, for I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem. So they will come on down from from Megiddo to Jerusalem. Let's also read another scripture on that. Joel chapter 3. Joel chapter 3 and verse 1.
Behold, in those days and at that time, I will bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem.
I will also gather all nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat.
The valley of Jehoshaphat is just to the east of Jerusalem, and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of my people, my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations. So God is going to bring all nations on down to Jerusalem. And so that final battle that is also described in Revelation 19, where the beast and the false prophet are described there, the other kings of the earth are all gathered around Jerusalem. Then we know that the beast and false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire. All right. So that framework brings us right up to the second coming of Christ and where he will fight and win that battle. You know, there's one other battle that we ought to understand, and that is several years. It is obviously, when you read the context and the two chapters involved, we'll read a few verses in a moment, you see that this is not right at the coming of Christ. It is at least a few years after he has returned. Did you know there's going to be a gigantic battle? Those nations who are godless nations, like in China, they have their own religion there, Hinduism in India, the Muslim world, not all of those Asian countries, and some maybe down in even Africa, are going to submit right away to the government of Christ. And so a few years go by and they're going to wage a war, one more final war before the millennium is fully realized. Let's go to Ezekiel 38 and 39.
These are very important chapters to understand too as far as end-time prophecy, because there's going to be these nations will have to be brought in line to be submissive to Christ and begin to obey the Bible. They don't have any belief in God and the Bible right now. At least the European nations and down into Africa, many of them also have some form of belief in the Bible, but those nations like in India, China, others are going to have to be convinced and persuaded a little bit more. Let's read this in Ezekiel 38 and spend a few minutes. I think it's important that we do understand how this chapter fits in. It does in the context fit into chapters 36 and 37 that showed the restoration of Israel. In chapter 38, then, the word of the Lord came to me, Son of man, set your face against Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshach, Tubal, and prophesy against him, and say, Thus says the Lord God, behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshach, and Tubal. I will turn you around, put hooks in your jaws, and so forth. Verse 5 says, Persia, you see, other nations other than Gog and Magog, many other nations too. Persia, modern-day Iran, Ethiopia, down in Egypt, Libya, and with them all of them with shield and helmet. Gomer and all his troops, the house of Togarmoth from the far north and all of its troops. Many people are with you. So here's a big battle that they are preparing for. Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companions that are gathered about you, and be a guard for them. Let's read on down. When does this happen? Verse 8, After many days you will be visited, in the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel.
So this is talking about the tribes of Israel who have been brought out of captivity, and been brought back to the land of Palestine, and they are brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. You, all these nations, then, this conglomerate of nations, you will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops.
Thus says the Lord, verse 10, On that day it will come to pass, that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan. You will say, I will go up against a land of unwalled villages, and I will go to a peaceful people who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates. You know, who are they coming against? The tribes of Israel, which have been restored to the land of Palestine, against former Americans, now just Israelites. They will come against the British Americans who have been in northwestern Europeans who have been brought back to the land of the Gaugat Abraham.
So they will be in a land of unwalled villages. They won't have any military. Just think of that.
They won't need any money to be wasted on a military because God is going to protect them. And you can go on and read this and see that God utterly defeats them, destroys them. It takes seven years for the Israelites to even clean up all the mess. It takes seven months to bury all the bodies. There are going to be millions and millions of bodies. Seven months. Read that in chapter 39. We have an excellent description of all of this in our Bible commentary. You can go online to the UCG Bible commentary. Find these chapters. We have a lengthy explanation, even explaining some of the nations involved here, and showing that this could not be the same as the Gog and Magog in Revelation 20, where Satan goes out to deceive people in the four quarters of the earth. It just doesn't fit. This fits when the Israelites have come out of captivity, they've been restored to their land, they are prospering, and then these nations come against them, and God utterly defeats them. So our Bible commentary at the UCG website thoroughly explains this and the time setting for it. Further, my time is up. I've got to end very quickly here, but today I wanted to give you just a framework of what is to happen to our own beloved country, the biblical support for it. I wanted to give you what is going to happen to the framework of what's going to happen in Europe and also the Middle East, and also Russia and China, some of the major players on the world scene right now. I want to just, as I mentioned, a few of our booklets. Again, United States and Britain in Bible prophecy.
Another one, Are we living in the time of the end? Another one, The Book of Revelation Unveiled.
Another one, You Can Understand Bible Prophecy. And then finally, the Middle East in Bible prophecy. So we have written a lot about prophecy. We have written a lot of detail that further explains what I have brought out today in this framework. Again, this is just a framework.
It's not intended to cover everything. Some of the major things that will happen in the years ahead.
I want to end on this note. We need to be strong in understanding Bible prophecy so we can watch world events and things that are happening. We can know right now that we're not right at the time of the end. The nations in Europe have not formed yet.
Some of the other prophecies we've gone over just have not yet happened, but we know that the groundwork is being laid so that these events will occur. We need to have strong faith then as troubles increase, it will be more difficult. We need to let not our hearts be troubled, as John wrote in John 14 verse 1.
