Jesus Christ came to give us an opportunity to have eternal life and to give us a rich full life. We must limit our exposure to the dangers of this world. Abraham was called a friend to God. Will God refer to us in the same way? What does it take to be a friend of God?

David has been a math teacher for 30 years in Arizona and New Mexico. He and Laura have been married 33 years, and have two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. David was ordained into the ministry in 2011. He currently serves as the pastor for the Albuquerque, NM, congregation of the United Church of God.
