Glorifying God in Times of Adversity

How should Christians respond when they face opposition, injustice, or persecution because of their faith? Drawing powerful lessons from the life of Daniel, this message explores how God's people can remain faithful while living in a world that often stands in opposition to His truth. Rather than responding with fear, bitterness, or anger, Daniel demonstrated unwavering commitment to God while treating others with wisdom, humility, and respect—even in captivity. His example reminds us that we are strangers and pilgrims in this present age, called to protect our spiritual identity, live honorably, and shine as lights in a dark world. As society becomes increasingly hostile to biblical values, this sermon challenges us to prepare now by developing the character and faith that will enable us not only to endure adversity but to glorify God through our response, whatever trials may come.
