We conclude our study by examining the ways in which the echoes of Gnostic beliefs are still evident in mainstream Christianity today. We are reminded that Nicolaitanism (a stand-in term for Gnostic thought) is prophesied by Christ Himself to be a problem in the Church up to His Return. We need to understand the errors if we are to refute them and overcome!
