God's Formula for Spiritual Healing

Our nation has so many things to be thankful for as we enjoy the blessings promised to our father Abraham.  Yet we see our nation slipping into the abyss of moral and ethical corruption.  Does God provide a way for our nation to return to His good graces?  How about ourselves?  Does God provide a way for us to return to Him spiritually after we have allowed ourselves to become separated from Him by our sins?  What would that be and does it work?
