It's important to make sure what we practice does not deviate from what God wants us to do. Are we complacent? On autopilot? Or, do we justify what we do? A variation from what God expects is not the real thing. Scripture tells us, "Blessed are those who do My (God's) Commandments." It also tells us that we are a temple of God, and that we are to be separate from the world and it's standards.
