It seems as though we have experienced some major changes in our communities recently. Here in Albuquerque, in the past few weeks, we have seen violence increasing. A four year old girl killed in a road rage incident, a police officer killed trying to arrest a suspect who had stolen a motorcycle, the alleged perpetrator has a long criminal history. People have become frightened. Is this a real change or mere coincidence?
