God the Father has sealed us with His Great Name: we are the Church of God. And we are also Christians – bearers of Christ’s name. Our redemption is not only an act of Godly mercy, but the salvation of God’s people also brings glory and honor to God. If we bear the names of God the Father and Jesus Christ, we should continually strive to put sin out of our lives and pursue Godly righteousness.
