Holy Spirit

The Power of God

In just one event 1883, the volcano Krakatoa blew up with a sound heard 3,000 miles away, two-thirds of the island disappearing, ensuing tsunamis, and shock waves circling the earth 3 1/2 times. Now think of our sun (a medium-sized star), which dwarfs the earth. In just one second the energy radiated by the sun is greater than all energy consumed by mankind in history. Now think of billions of stars in our Milky Way galaxy, and billions of galaxies. How much power is there in God's creation? With this perspective, let us now consider the power of God's Holy Spirit.
