Acts 1:4, And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, which He said, you have heard from Me. Because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ our Savior, that Promise is just as real for us today as it was when Christ said to His original apostles wait for the Promise of the Father, and if we listen we too can hear the words of Christ through scripture. Those who have an ear to hear let them hear.
