Howard has served the brethren since 1978. He and Dawn will begin  their 38th  'lonngg..' years of marriage :) --this Feast, and raised five children in God's Church. He was ordained a deacon in 2017, and speaks at the Feast and at 3 congregations across 2 states: Knoxville, TN; London, KY; and Lexington KY.
