God built His Church upon the foundation of the prophets and the apostles. Both the Old and New Testaments provide a vital part of our underpinning. Jesus Christ is the beginning and most important part of the foundation.

Howard Marchbanks, now a Elder, started attending in the church in 1984 and later that year was baptized with his wife Tina. He graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Howard and his wife Tina serve in the OC.CA church.
