The message begins with a story about the speaker’s neighbours who died in a tragic car accident and the sudden death of his grandfather – and how these dramatic incidents confused him as a boy of 12. What really happened to them? Are they gone and forever forgotten? Also, what about the millions of human beings of long-past generations who have died? The answer is “no”, they are not forgotten. God has a plan for each of those people and it has to do with the awesome knowledge of God’s truth about our future and His plan for all humanity. That is what the 8th day is all about. Before covering what God plans to do for the multiple millions of people in the world who lived and died, how God starts working with us as called-out Christians is discussed. As first-fruits we are being judged now – meaning God is determining our fitness for the Kingdom. But what about the rest of humanity? The people in this world are currently blinded and God has allowed this fog to hang over them for a great purpose. They will ultimately have their eyes opened to all the truths few now know. Except for a very few people with whom God is now calling, He is simply not calling or offering salvation to the vast majority of people right now. But the big question is – why? This is so that all humanity can finally come to learn that Satan’s way of hate, lust, greed and vanity doesn’t work – that sin simply doesn’t pay. This includes the untold millions of people who lived and died and never heard the genuine truth of God.
