Among many of our personal characteristics, two specific ones play a direct and very important role in whether we will be in God’s Kingdom or not. The fact is that Christ knows us on a deep level. He knows our hearts and mind and how we are when nobody is around. If we don’t have the right attitude of Godly love if we don’t have a humble heart, we can miss out on the Kingdom of God. We, as God’s children must learn true humility that can only come from God, and that is done by having and developing a close personal relationship with Him as well as with Christ and submitting to them in all things
Kevin Call

Kevin was born in Columbus, Ohio, but then moved to southern Ohio shortly thereafter.  He grew up attending the Portsmouth, Ohio congregation of which he currently is the pastor.  

He has an A.A. from Shawnee State University in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, and is employed with General Electric Aviation. He serves as Pastor for the Portsmouth, Ohio, and Paintsville, Kentucky church areas.

His wife Debbie also grew up attending the Portsmouth congregation, which is where they met, married, and have raised their five children.  Debbie is an 8th grade Language Arts Teacher for the Portsmouth City School District.
