The Importance of Repentance for Us as Disciples

As Jesus taught the people, He would often rebuke them and the cities where His mightiest works had been done because they did not repent.  He pronounced “woes” upon them because they didn’t repent.  When woes happen, terrible things happen.  We hear God’s word to make changes, but are we making those changes in our lives.
