The Feast of Trumpets heralds the return of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. The prophesied events preceding the return of Christ include what the bible refers to as “ Jacob’s trouble” (Jeremiah 30:7). This sermon focuses on the hope of God’s promise to save a remnant of the descendants of Jacob during what is described as the most difficult of times to come – the great tribulation.
