Just as Israel was to destroy the stronghold of Jericho, we are are to destroy the strongholds of sin in our lives. There is a powerful analogy between the strongholds that God instructed Israel to conquer one by one in the land of Canaan, and the strongholds in our own lives and in our own personality and character.
