The cause of many of the problems we see in the world today are not necessarily social or political in nature. Rather, what we are seeing today is the result of God's perfect creation, mankind, being influenced by the Great Deceiver (Satan) and following his way rather than God's way. Man's heart has been turned away from what is right and good and we are reaping the negative results in this age. But God has a plan. Matters of the Heart shows how man's heart became sick and diseased and how God intends to heal it.

Bob serves in the Raleigh, North Carolina , congregations. He and his wife Anna have two grown sons. Bob is currently retired. He has a degree from the University of Illinois in Aeronautical Engineering and from Ambassador College. Anna also attended the University of Illinois and Ambassador College. Bob has been an ordained Elder since 1990.
