In this Passover message, we eulogize Jesus by considering His awesome works, that is, those works He performed prior to His birth. The point here is to remind us of the power He previously had over all creation. But perhaps what many have overlooked is that He also had to have power over Himself. In the second half of the message, we consider the power He had over His own nature, that is, so that He literally could become man and die, thereby debunking the mainstream Christian doctrine that: God, being eternal, cannot die.
