God's plan of salvation is ongoing. We rehearse it every year through God's Holy Days. Although the world is currently held captive by sin and dark spiritual forces, Christ came to restore God's dominion over earth and all peoples. Rather than ending God's plan of salvation, the death of the Messiah fulfilled it. Thus, Jesus Christ is restoring humanity to relationship with God and has declared through the accomplishment of His mission that this is His Father's world.

Frank Fish serves as pastor for the Bakersfield and Los Angeles congregations in California. With a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Theology and a minor in Business Administration, he is also the lead executive in a Southern California custom tour and professional travel advisory firm. He and his wife, Valerie, have one adult daughter and they all enjoy travel as a gateway to learning about people, cultures and history.
