It’s quite easy to be set in our ways, yet Christians have been asked to come out of this world and make some vital changes. Are we willing to consider that our daily thoughts need to be upgraded to a whole new way of thinking? God’s word gives us direction in how to put away our worries and fears, while seeking first the kingdom of God.

Doug Wendt is a 1977 graduate of Ambassador College with a BS in Physical Education. His career included work as an electrician and General Contractor. Doug was ordained into the ministry in 2013 and  previously served congregations in Orlando, Jacksonville and Ocala, Florida. He now pastors the United Church of God congregations in St Petersburg and Tampa, Florida.
