Prayer is a beautiful way in which we build our relationship with Our Heavenly Father and scattered throughout the pages of the Bible are guidelines for how we should communicate with the Supreme Ruler of the universe. Are we careful to follow these directives so our prayers are heard?

Doug Wendt is a 1977 graduate of Ambassador College with a BS in Physical Education. His career included work as an electrician and General Contractor. Doug was ordained into the ministry in 2013 and previously served congregations in Orlando, Jacksonville and Ocala, Florida. He now pastors the United Church of God congregations in St Petersburg and Tampa, Florida.
