Over 80% of forest fires are started by humans! Before a fire exists, it needs three elements fuel, oxygen, and a heat source. Scripture show's that even as Christians we all carry a source of ignition with us. James 3:6 says, "the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and it is set on fire by hell." Let's look at the tongue and explore whether we are a fire starter or a fire extinguisher.
