Pentecost Physical and Spiritual Israel

On the Day of Pentecost, God has worked out many miraculous and powerful events. For the physical descendants of Israel, it is said to be that on the Day of Pentecost, the Lord God spoke the 10 commandments to all the Israelites at Mt. Sinai. For the New Testament Church, known as spiritual Israel, God poured out His Spirit for those who believed and were baptized in 31 A.D. What we see from these two events, is God working wonderful and mighty works of power, by His Spirit. What can we learn from comparing and contrasting these two events on the Day of Pentecost?
