The literal, physical Pilgrimage Road in ancient Jerusalem, which led from pure living waters all the way up to God’s shining Temple on the Mount, was lost to God’s people, utterly destroyed, buried and forgotten shortly after Christ’s ministry. However, it is obvious that as Christians, as we come together and celebrate God’s Feast of Tabernacles, we still travel the same spiritual path, making steady progress up the Pilgrimage Road towards the Kingdom of God to meet Christ, our returning Messiah and King.
