God's Spirit is an inherent part of His divine nature. When we are imbued with its power upon repentance, baptism and the laying on of hands of the ministry of Jesus Christ, many things become possible. First the power to understand the Scriptures as God makes that available so we can start the process of transformation from what we are to what we will become. Then comes the power to learn to be self-disciplined in application and growth goals and targets so that we enter and remain in a path of growth, leaving behind what is irrelevant and striving forward to what God commands. Next, becoming better acquanted with and knowing God is a spiritually and mentally expanding experience as we contemplate HIS power as revealed in His creation of the Universe and all we see and discover on Earth.
