We have been given a responsibility to complete His commission.  God does not want to raise up stones to preach the gospel. 

The invisible spirit of God leads us.  It is God's desire that we should be saved (1Timothy 2:4).  We are workers with God, and we must have a sense of urgency as one day there will be a famine in the word (Amos 8:9-12). There is no time to waste in preaching the gospel.
