Is Redemption Possible?

Oskar was a drinker, gambler, womanizer, took bribes and gave bribes. He was scoundrel, thief, liar, schemer and a crook. Was there anything redeeming about this man named Oskar? Could he change? Could he be redeemed? Oskar's example shows that redemption is possible for all.
