Is Redemption Possible?

Oskar was a drinker, gambler, womanizer, took bribes and gave bribes. He was scoundrel, thief, liar, schemer and a crook. How could such a person ever have a positive impact on the lives of others when he so consistently used and abused others with whom he came into contact? Was there anything redeeming about this man named Oskar? Could he change? Could he be redeemed? Oskar's example shows that redemption is possible for all.
