The words that God spoke through the prophets and apostles comprise most of the Bible. Their prophecies were whatever God told them to speak. At His first coming, Christ, who was also a prophet, preached the Kingdom of God. He came to fulfill what was spoken in the law and by the prophets when He came in the flesh.
