Rough Air, Steady Faith

Using the metaphor of airplane turbulence, this sermonette teaches that storms and trials can strike even when we're faithfully following God's direction, just as the disciples faced a fierce storm while doing exactly what Christ instructed. As we count toward Pentecost, we're reminded that God hasn't lost control of our circumstances, and that we need His Holy Spirit not just to endure the rough air, but to produce the fruit and character He's working in us.
