Sermon on the Mount and the Golden Rule

We are not called to wait to become part of that kingdom, we are right now, with the indwelling of the Spirit, sons and daughters of God and as such are citizens of his kingdom. So then how do we live as such? The sermon on the mount is where Jesus lays out a summary of his teaching of the good news of the kingdom. A manifesto for what it means to be righteous, what it means to live in right relationship with God.
