This sermon shows that the spirit in the mind of man which we were all born with, gives us the power of intellect through the five senses , enabling us to know physical things that we humans CAN know. This is through seeing, smelling, tasting, hearing and feeling. And the Spirit of God within a Christian's mind allows him or her to know the things of God ! WITHOUT God's Spirit it's impossible to even know God and the things of God.
