Spiritual Slumber

We consider the scriptural teachings of spiritual slumber. We will analyze Jesus’ instructions which we just read. We will then look at a biblical event which can serve as an example of finding oneself unprepared for Christ’s return. We will consider whether we, ourselves, are asleep. If we are, what is prescription to awaken and ensure we don’t fall back into this precarious state?
