Suffering and Glory

We need to rejoice because we have been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the name of Jesus Christ. We should always thank God because from the beginning God chose us to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. He called us to this through the gospel, that we might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
